An Equi-Trek dealer for Berkshire and the South East is appealing for a customer to come forward and claim their new horsebox.
Nick Kerner 4 Wheel Drive Ltd of Windsor took an order for a new Endeavour Elite horsebox at Hickstead last year.
But the company has lost the paperwork and is unable to alert the customer that their box is ready.
Now with the help of H&H they hope to unite the customer with their new lorry.
Mr Kerner said: “We have written to the address we have a number of times but it keeps come back to us as address unknown.
"Please can I appeal to the customer who ordered a new Equi-Trek Endeavour Elite Horsebox at Hickstead last July to get in touch as soon as possible on 01344 885222 or info@nk4wdd.co.uk.”
