Murrum Park Phantom retained his title in the Veteran Horse Society and Dodson & Horrell Show Championship at the Olympia Horse Show.
The 19-year-old grey riding pony, ridden by Kate Marfleet, showed off his supple flying changes and extended trot to impress judge David Bartram.
Second place in the 14-strong class went to Lucky Miller, 16, ridden by Catriona Goulding and third to the heavyweight show hunter Shelford Rupert, 18, shown by owner Emma Gibson.
The oldest horse in the class, Kate Attlee’s Westwell Jem, 26, finished fifth behind Just George, 21, a riding pony shown by Oliver Shuttleworth. Westwell Jem is the only horse to have qualified three times in succession for the final.
