Pony Club branches celebrate big birthdays

Two venerable pony clubs are seeking former members and their old photographs to come to special reunion parties this summer.
The Minchinhampton branch of the Pony Club, in Gloucestershire celebrates its 40th year in on Sunday July 5, with a party from 2pm-9pm.
Organiser Debbie Coles said they hope to attract as many old members as possible along with their photos and memories, so they can make a display.
And the Ludlow Hunt branch of the Pony Club, in Shropshire, will be celebrating its 80th birthday in Downton Hall on Friday June 19 from 6.30pm till late with a disco, live band, barbeque, bar and guest speaker.
They will be creating a memorabilia tent with as much archive material as they can find so too are seeking photographs, film and any memories from past members.
