An American man wearing a cowboy hat has been fined for “drink-riding” a horse through a suburb.
Brian Drone was given a $25 (£17) traffic fine on Friday (1 May) for riding his horse Cricket in Arvada, Denver under the influence.
A US police officer at the scene said he had not seen an incident like it in his 15 years in the police force.
Mr Drone and Cricket were later taken home by a local stable owner.
