Not content with being an eventing world-beater, Olympic silver medallist and twice European champion Pippa Funnell is turning her hand to writing children's stories.
Pippa hopes her books, Tilly's Pony Tails, will be informative as well as great fun.
"Initially, there are six books in the series, and I'm hoping they will be popular as I've got loads of ideas for more," she told H&H. "I've done most of the thinking for them while driving the lorry."
The books focus on Tilly Redbrow, a pony-mad girl with a special ability to relate to horses.
Each of the books focuses on a different horse and equestrian sphere, including racing, show jumping and showing, as Tilly learns about each discipline.
The books are aimed at eight-year-olds and up, and the first two — Magic Spirit and Red Admiral — priced at £4.99 and published by Orion, will be released at Badminton this May (7-10 May).
