Young show jumper dies in farm accident

The eight-year-old daughter of Irish racehorse trainer Mervyn Torrens and his wife Anne has died in an accident at the family farm in Drumquin, Omagh.
Keen show jumper Alison Torrens died on Thursday evening (26 February) after falling beneath a roller used to flatten horse track.
Paramedics were called but could not revive her.
Her funeral was held on Sunday at Drumquin Presbyterian Church.
