The case of the alleged abuse of the horse Sundancer 6 ridden by Madeleine Brugman at CCI 3* Barroca d'Alva Portugal in March this year is currently under investigation by the FEI Legal Department.
A hearing has been scheduled for 22 May.
Miss Brugman denied the charge, claiming the boots were planted in her kit bag by a rival.
