Pony Club’s e-learning site wins award

  • The Pony Club’s e-learning site www.ponyprep.org — which helps people train for Pony Club tests — has been given an award.

The site was the winner of the “Best e-learning project — not for profit” category at the e-learning awards in London on 8 November.

“PonyPrep embodies everything that The Pony Club stands for, in fantastic progressive training while having fun,” said The Pony Club’s Judy Edwards.

PonyPrep was launched at Olympia in 2010 and caters for those taking their D and C tests using content from The Manual of Horsemanship.

It includes quizzes and videos and the chance for users to build their own virtual stable yard.

“We are incredibly proud to receive an award that recognises both The Pony Club and [innovation specialists] HT2’s achievements in creating this site for everyone to further their equestrian skills,” Mrs Edwards added.
