Foals born out of a registered sport horse mare by an accepted or recommended sport horse stallion are branded:
saddle site, left side: mark of the breed (crown)
under it: foal number
saddle site, right side: last two numbers of the year of birth

Foals born out of a registered mare with uncomplete pedigree or less than 50pts received at her conformation juding (= Secondary Studbook) are branded with the common Regional brands on their necks and not with the Crown which is the brandmark of the Sport Horse breed.

After year 2001 only the foals of the mares accepted on conformation judgement (more than 50 pts) are branded on the saddle site.

If the numbers are readable I suggest you contact the Hungarian Sporthorse Studbook (info below) and ask them. Usually they are more than happy to pass on information about the pedigree and bloodlines. If you have not got it you can also apply for papers.
It is interesting to know that ALL foals that are registered with the MSLT (Hungarian WB studbook) are DNA bloodtyped with respect to parentage!!! So if your mare has the brand, then her parentage is known and has also been DNA typed.
