It's the biggest database of UK passported horses in the world and has the facility to mark your horse as lost or stolen.

If someone attempts to repassport your horse in order to sell it, the PIOs have been requested to check NED as part of their normal protocol to check whether a passport already exists, before they issue a new one.

Get onto NED - associate with your horse - and help protect them from being illegally sold on!

There is concern that some of the Stolen Continental horses come to the UK
