Default Horses with unusual backgrounds

Hi all,

We'd love to hear from you if you're the owner of a horse with an unusual background who is now enjoying life as a riding horse. We'd especially like to hear from owners of:

* Former police horses
* Cavalry blacks
* Former polo ponies
* Trotters/pacers
* Ex-point to pointers

As much as I love them, we're not looking for ex-racehorses or horses/ponies from charities or rehoming centres on this occasion - only because they'd make an entire feature on their own account!

Please email victoria_spicer@ipcmedia.com with some information about you and your horse, and if we select you as a case study, you could appear in a future issue of Horse.

Many thanks

Victoria

Just read my emails and already have some fab case studies - mostly owners of polo ponies! There are some great stories and I will reply individually as soon as I can; but in the meantime, please do keep your other case studies coming.

Thanks

Victoria
