Default World Class Stallions

Well it is July and I am re-reading the original forum concerns about WCS from February. I phoned WCS in Feb in a panic after reading the H&H forum, and even went to my credit card company to register my original transaction with a problem. WCS went out of their way to assure me no problems, but hey ho through June & into July they aren't answering the phone or responding to emails. I can't afford to lose this sort of money, so I've resorted to emailling the stud direct and they have been fantastic and have promised to honour my free return and hold it over for a year.
So can I suggest that anyone else in the same boat, does the same thing and email the stud directly. Good luck!!

As far as I was aware they had indeed shut down. Elite stallions took over handling a lot of their clients and are incredibly helpful.

Thanks for the info. WCS website still up and running!! But I've just been told that Schokomole have dropped them (Bet I've not spelt that correctly!!)
First (and last) time I've not used a British Stud and British Stallions - there is defo a lesson here!!

I think she means that a lot of studs got 'burnt' in that they were not paid their stud fees which the mare owners had paid and as such were left giving out free returns without having been paid in the first place.

Yes, exactly. The studs have taken a lot of the pain in all of this!

I have just spoken to WC as I have a frozen dose from them which was bought last year, I am a bit nervous about using it as I am worried I wont get a covering certificate!
Anyway, just spoke to them and she assured me all is fine, I will just have to go direct to the stud they disapear underground again.
