Default Horse Shopping for a friend

Hi,

I have been trawling the internet on behalf of a very good friend who has decided its time to buy his own hunter! I am now losing the will! Everything we have called about has either been on trial or already sold.

We are lokking for something over 16.2 to carry a tall man. We don't mind something a bit older as long as its sound and still doing the job. It needs to be able to look after him a bit and be a reliable jumper. Also will need to be good with hounds.

Having tried H&H, horsequest and horsemart where else can I look.

SB - how's Freddie doing?! Mines still on trial, going well but one issue as come up which I need to see if it's a one off or not!

Have you got Joey? I wanted to look at him but they said he was on trail..

Freddie hasn’t arrived yet – he’s not coming til Tuesday because my mum has been away. Grrr! He passed the vet.. can’t wait for him to arrive!!

Haha - no, these guys are a bit far north for me! Look forward to hearing how you get on. New horses always seem to throw a few 'questions' at you when try are settling in, so I'll need the support of other new horse owners I reckon!
