    Oldham, Manchester. For my sins!

    Default Local Hunt Help!

I have now abandoned the West Yorkshire and moved to Oldham (I know, I know, the ultimate sin to move over the hill - I should be shot ).

I'm trying to find my local hunt (for a first hunt experience) - i've looked on MFHA but it doesn't actually say where the hunts meet, unless i'm being particularly blind??

Oldham & District Riding Club is on my To Join list as is the hunt once i've got the ned fit over the summer & done some work over the winter, as in teaching him to put out the landing gear! Hopefully by then I will also have transport for my steed!

I suppose the Barlow & the Grove & Rufford would be worth a try.
with eye steady and clear, we drink down our beer
whilst lesser men fall to the ground
Then we'll order more quarts and drink to those sports
That are found in the hound and the horn"
