    anyone use this and is so how much would you give a 16.3hh MW idxtb?

    Never heard of that but have heard of people (well, a person) who fed Coleman's Mustard powder and there's that curry-smelling herb in little balls whose name escapes me which is also fed. Now it's bugging me so I'll have to go and look it up!

    You only need a tiny pinch per feed. It works as an appetant.

    we use tumeric for arthritis in dogs - dont know the dose for horses sorry.

    Its an anti-inflammatory especially for arthritics. I've taken it, given it to various dogs. Excellent results. Its an Ayurvedic spice containing curcumin. Human dose is 500mg to 1000mg per day ( average size human I presume!) so you can just gross it up for a horse. Try underdosing for a couple of days incase your horse has a reaction. Check out one of the Ayurvedic sites for horses - ?global herbs products or something like that.

    Not specifically although i think it is an ingredient in some of the Global Herbs products I use - and those are normally administered at 1 tbsp daily.
