It has come to our attention that there has been an increase in the number of posts containing defamatory comments on the forum. We would like to remind users that comments which could be potentially damaging to an individual or company are not allowed on this forum. This is because comments of this nature could result in legal action being taken against the person posting the message, as well as Horse & Hound.
If you have had a bad experience with a particular individual or company please direct your complaints to the appropriate body, such as trading standards. Please do NOT air your greviances on this forum. Any threads currently on this forum, which are of a defamatory nature will be removed.
Should legal action be taken against H&H as a result of defamatory postings on this forum, then the forum may have to be shut down. If you wish to continue enjoying this useful service then please comply with the forum terms and conditions.
