Good morning all i,m wintering my in foal ID x TB out , (she has a stable if needed but is happy as larry , seems daft to bring her in ) she,ll be out with harry my geriatric tb , anyway another livery has bought a 5 month old colt , hes just weaned and is being gelded on tuesday , he is tiny , stands about 11.2 , would it be ok to winter him out with my two? , as he is so young when would it be safe to be with mare after hes gelded , ( i know its usually 6 weeks ) any thoughts ....?

As he's only five months old, there shouldn't be a problem at all. You would just have to make sure that being so small, he doesn't get bullied by the group, he's got to be able to stand up for himself otherwise he'd be better with something else IMO.
