      #3591066 - 12/10/2008 23:51

my seven year old mare has been out of work since june as she shattered her splint bone. she required surgery to remove the splint bone. she was only broken 4 months when she stood on herself and she is now ready to slowly come into work any sugestion in fitness plan and what to put on leg for support. i was thinking of sports boots or bandages?

Sorry to hear of your woes tikino I like the Pro-Sports Medicine boots, but I could never get them to fit quite right on the hind legs. Now I'd be tempted by the Equilibrium sports stretch and flex boots, especially as my mare gets so hot.

Good luck
