Please meet Purdey our new ESS 
We picked her up Tuesday and it's like she has always been part of the family - we have fallen for her hook, line and sinker 
OH is planning to turn her in to a fantastic worker  while I'm just going to have fun with her 
Our cats have been surprisingly ok about it - they are Siamese... but haven't left home and are enjoying the extra cuddles they are getting ATM.
The plan was to have a run/kennels built but the builders let us down so her bed/cage is in a barely used porch/hallway where she is out of the way but can still see us. She is sleeping all night no problem, cries occasionly but if you ignore her she stops after a few minutes and goes to sleep.
She has only had a couple of accidents, both our fault for not reacting quick enough

Gorgeous I love springers, they make fantastic workers. I love watching them work, they just have so much energy

OH is doing a little training with her each day and she is picking it up so quickly - except of course when I was watching she chose to ignore him

I keep saying she ain't as cute as a lab puppy but when she gives me 'that' look I just melt
