Will keep our eyes peeled as in S.E. area.....
Was it clamped and were there any other distinguishing marks on it?

Thank you! It was clamped, and the hitch was locked. It's black with silver roof and trim. Not sure about any other distinguishing marks - will ask owner (my sister-in-law).

When our IW510 trailer got stolen a few years ago NFU told us it was probably already on the ferry to Ireland... Whether that was true or not I don't know.
Our new one is postcoded on every bit of metal possible with our postcode, vinyl letters on roof and various other marks are on there too. It's practically impossible to stop thieves getting stuff if they really want it, you can only make it as recognisable as possile to try to deter them.

Personally, I think most stolen horsey stuff, and probably the horses, goes straight to Ireland, and then reappears back here at a later date.
