A few yards were done in the wakefield area this afternoon. Ours was done between 2-4pm. People had been coming and going from the yard up until that time and the council are re-surfacing the road outside. Who ever it was must have been watching.
Luckily they only took bridles and 2 new rugs, none of which were mine. There are no saddles kept in there.

Another theft about 4 miles from nat1003 yesterday. A friend of mine had her rubber matting stolen, 3oo yards of electrical fencing, the chains from the fronts of her stable doors to keep the horses in when the doors are open, the wheel barrow and big chain, nupa feed and syringe - also 3 out of 5 bales of bedding amongst other stuff missing!
All the rugs were left. Looks like they preferred nat1003's rugs..........
Somebody is 'shopping' to order!
My tack is locked up at home tonight. (however, our nextdoor neighbour was burgled Friday as well - 5 minutes away from nat.)

I heard they did one Netherton way. Is that the same one?
The contractors yard at the top also got done at the same time as ours. It was very unfortunate as usually there is someone around all day. My only worry is if they will come back for the rugs now they know they are there. 
They have taken some very strange things from your friends yard!
