I want to order some jeffries skeleton knee boots but I'm not sure whether I need cob or full for a 15.3 ISH, any ideas?

I have some of these for my 15.2 WB, think theyre full size but he has them on the tightest hole so would say they are generous.

Thankyou for that, it's so difficult to decide on size without having it infront of you isn;t it.
Looking at this picture I could punch more holes if they're too big so I'll probably go with the full.
