We have had a number of tack items stolen and attempted break ins over the last month.
One of the girks on the yard got her horse in from the field and found a plait in his mane. Apparently this can be a sign of marking out a horse for theft.
We have upped security and people are popping up to the yard at all hours.
Police have been informed.
Please be aware and report any suspicous vehicles to local police.

I Had better pass this on to my YO.
That must have been a horrible shock re; the horse that was found with a plait in his mane.
