Shires Clifton Hunt Coat
      #3450006 - 26/08/2008 11:38

I've seen these advertised on line as new for this year, ranging from £120 - £140.. Has anyone bought them, or seen them in the cloth...Do they feel heavy weight? Its a great proice for a heavyweight hunt coat but I just wonder how they compare to the £200+ brands.

Thanks

I have just bought one as I couldn't afford a £200+ one. It is more middleweight than heightweight be is still very warm and heavy. It is good quality and looks and feels just like the expensive ones.
I got a size bigger than I needed so I can put layers underneath. And I bought a battery powered heater waistcoat so I will hopefully be very cosy this winter.
