Oh dear, is he blotting his copybook then

Last weekend he didn't just blot his copybook, he shreded it into teeny tiny pieces when he cornered a livery and gave him both barrels He has since been moved into the naughty paddock on his own and apart from a brief moment this afternoon he's been as sweet as pie.
He's been a sod for some time but I think I can now put it down to something....Mares!

I still adore him though

It's your own fault for covering him in pink and calling him gay. He is just trying to prove that he is a real man.

You wouldn't want lame boy, but I'd love to have a try on P and see what she can do! I usually get on well with annoying mares......

i love nightmare-mares, i get on with them, my grey (in siggy) was the worst in the world and spent about 12 years training me very carefully!
unfortunately the only spare gelding i have is a humungous one who isn't allowed to jump, on strict instructions from the vet. i'd love to swap though...!

LOL! Louise - remember my first posts about H - "RIGHT THAT'S IT SHE'S OFF!!!"

... 5 years down the line I've just about got the measure of her...

and more importantly I wouldn't swap her for the world now! Mares kinda get under your skin!

Weez you can have Peer - you'd need to loose some height, but you can shout and dominate him all you like... makes no difference though - I got off 12 times last night trying to get him to jump over an orange 1m fence (was popping everything else at 1.10m, but won't do orange....)

Do you a swap for a 15.3hh cranky Hanoverian mare (ignore the fact she's arthritic and only really suitable for light hacking).....

Damn...you wanted a gelding didn't you.. it was worth a try!

I've got £5 and a half eaten daily milk bar. Think my best mate would notice if I swapped a NF pony for a bay mare LOL

I'm with you - geldings all the way. Out of numerous mares I've ridden, I've only ever got on with 1!

To throw a spanner in the works, I may not yet be giving up to become a surf chick as my horse was much nicer to ride this evening than I remember him being 3 weeks ago when I last sat on him.....

LOL I'll offer you Bud, he loves jumping, unfortunately I hate it, his flatwork isn't bad either, although he is opinionated!

You know... if he weren't, well, so ORANGE, I think Antifreeze would suit you down to the ground. And I LOVE mares.
Perfick.
He jumped SO well yesterday 1.30 like a stag and I didn't even close my eyes!!
I'm desperate to get someone to tape me jumping him now (as opposed to when I was instructor-less) and there's never anyone there when I am!! Maybe tomorrow
