I cant believe silenceis on the waitlist, yet Ot has 4 horses in...yes 4! and 1 in the waitlist. Cant they move Silence up? He's a poss for Olypics too isnt he?

The ballot system is very clear and OT's horses are double entered so technically he only has 2 spots.

apologies for all the Q, but how do they work out the pnts as assumably most foreign riders will not have BE points? E.g Jonty Evans, I would imaigne he has EI pnts?

Probably doesn't need to run and the risk in Olympic year is too high I'd imagine

Its not BE points but FEI points (awarded at international events.) The qualification period is the current and previous two calender years, so in this case 2006.
