Dear forum users
It has come to our attention that an increasing number of forum users are using this board to blatantly promote their stallions to the H&H community. This contravenes the forum's "no advertising" rules and will not be tolerated. Responses to genuine enquiries from users about suitable stallions are acceptable but threads posted simply to promote stallions will be removed and users risk having their access blocked.

hi, we're in Ireland and i put up a post asking for people to contact us if they have any horses by him, Irish sport Horse, as we've just acquired him and were intersted to hear about any competition horses by him.
does this come under advertising him? as he's too far away for coverings.
apologise if this is the case.
thanks,
Teresa Sheehan, Bleannagloos Stud

I am wondering about the same thing as bleannagloos - I don't have a stallion myself but my sister has. Not yet in breeding though. He's standing in Sweden though. Can I write about him, as he will only be used in Sweden?
Best wishes, Cissi

It is perfectly acceptable for you to ask about your stallion's progeny.
Owners/breeders are not allowed to "promote" their stallions, regardless on where they may stand in the world.
