the haylage i get is great qaulity and I would rather feed dry haylage than dusty hay. He is kept in over winter with 1 hr turn out so it lasts about 3 weeks, he has never had any complaints from it, i get a new bale on a regualr basis. The best winters he has had with, the worst feeding poor forage, alot of the proffs on my yard use it or recommend it. If it sweats or goes off then it is binned
