Height: 15.2hh

Age: 12

Gender: gelding

Selling points: “This horse has jumped double clears around a number of one-star events including Weston Park as part of the central team, Ligniere and Houghton Hall. He is very brave across country and has competed up to BS newcomers and medium dressage on a ticket. He has 14 BE points and 15 foundation points. He would be a fantastic ONu18 horse to take a rider up the levels again, however he is not a novice ride as can be spooky. Excellent to box, shoe and clip. Perfect in the stable, with no vices.”

Height: 16hh

Age: 11

Gender: mare

Selling points: “‘Gracie’ is looking for a quiet, competent and confident rider to take her up through the ranks. Gracie has just competed in her first BE90 and in the BE100 at Lincoln where she jumped clear across country. She has schooled around a BE novice course showing ease over all combinations — she is very bold and brave. She has showjumped up to 110cm BS having a double clear last week at Northallerton in the 95/1m with my nervous daughter. Hacks alone and in company. Great to travel, load, shoe, handle, catch etc.”

5. ‘Super smart and talented’

Screen Shot 2016-04-04 at 15.43.15

Height: 16.1hh

Age: nine

Gender: mare

Selling points: “‘Rosanagh’ (Rosie) is a stunning and very talented mare by Cavalier. Rosie is beautifully schooled, brave and very easy to jump, totally genuine and safe in every way. She’s proven her brilliance in her first two seasons’ eventing with consistent placings, three wins and a second place in her first one star. She jumped one of very few double clears at the NSEA championships open showjumping. The best thing about her is how consistent and easy she is; anyone can ride her.  Has done eight dressage tests scoring in the 20s with beautiful paces and is loved by judges; she has all the potential to win in pure dressage. Rosie is very brave and would never stop, always tries her best and has the perfect temprement. She is also a top class hunter.”

6. ‘The complete eventing package’

Screen Shot 2016-04-04 at 15.50.34

Height: 16.2hh

Age: eight

Gender: gelding

Selling points: “With movement to die for and looks that could kill, this horse is the complete eventing package. During the 2015 season he took his amateur rider from BE100 to the seven-year-old world eventing championships, picking up numerous wins and placings at novice and intermediate level along the way. He also won the Corinthian Cup at Gatcombe and secured a top 10 placing at the BD championships. He is usually in the lead after the dressage but this horse also loves the cross-country and showjumping phases — he is very brave and quick across country. He currently holds 79 BE points and he would suit either a keen junior looking to secure a team place or a professional wanting to strengthen their team.”

7. ‘Top class grassroots all-rounder’

Screen Shot 2016-04-04 at 16.00.52

Height: 16.1hh

Age: seven

Gender: mare

Selling points: “‘Blowell Daydream’ (Dolly) is an extremely competitive and exciting Badminton grassroots horse. She had a very successful 2015 season which included two wins at BE90 and top 10 placings at BE100 with both mum and daughter riding. She is schooled to a high level and has three lovely relaxed and balanced paces. She regularly receives marks in the 20s/low 30s without having to warm up for hours to achieve this. She has established lateral work and is very easy to keep in a relaxed contact. She has plenty of natural scope and ability and is very balanced and adjustable to a fence and in combinations. She is very bold cross-country and jumps ditches, skinnies, corners, water, banks etc. She doesn’t have a “bogey fence”.  Dolly is a perfect big country hunter and jumps whatever she is pointed at without getting strong or silly. She has hunted with the Readyfield Bloodhounds and York & Ainsty South. She never hots up and will stand happily at the meet or on covers and will go first or last in the field. She is excellent in traffic and regularly chaperones the young horses on hacks out and in large open spaces. She can be relied upon to be a calming influence in any situation. Easy to handle, shoe, clip, load and is vice free. Dolly has successfully jumped around four BE novices as a six-year-old, including Chatsworth, however we feel she is at her happiest and most competitive at grassroots level.”
