Could you become a 'voice of the races'?
23 August, 2010
Do you love a day at the races? Are you a budding presenter?
A website run by Racing for Change — www.lovetheraces.com — is searching for “lively, entertaining, engaging and fun” race fans to become its new “Voices of the Races” to spread the word on British horseracing.
Voices of the Races will report back via video, blogs and photos — revealing who they backed, what they wore and who they met.
“We’re looking for special people with sparkling personalities,” said Rod Street, of Racing Enterprises.
“They don’t have to know about racing, but they do need to be willing to talk about the experiences they have as they get to know our sport.”
Successful applicants will go racing for free, and take friends and family along too.
Apply by 27 August at www.lovetheraces.com.
