Nick Skelton taken to hospital in Barcelona

British number one show jumper Nick Skelton is on his way home after being taken to hospital at the weekend.
Skelton, 51, was at the Nations Cup show jumping at Barcelona on Sunday when he became ill and had to be taken to hospital for tests.
The nature of his illness has not been confirmed.
A British Show Jumping Association spokesman said: “Nick Skelton was taken unwell in Barcelona which resulted in an overnight stay in hospital.
“We understand that he is now much better and due back in the UK within the next 24 hours.”
