Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin contest WDM in Florida
25 January, 2012
Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin are contesting the World Dressage Masters in Palm Beach this week (26-29 January).
While Charlotte is campaigning her long-term partner, Carl and Roly Luard’s Valegro — the subject of last week’s Lucinda Green rides feature — Carl has a new temporary ride in Wie Atlantico.
Carl is riding Penny and Fiona Bigwood’s Hanoverian gelding as Fiona is expecting her third child. It will be Carl’s first outing on the 13-year-old 2010 World Equestrian Games team silver medallist, who has only been on his yard for a few weeks.
Watch the video interview below to find out what Carl and Charlotte's plans are for the competition, in which they will go head-to-head with some of America's top dressage riders.
