37 hours per week (flexible). BCA Equestrian Centre is looking to recruit a Deputy to the Equine Centre Manager. This role will require a dedicated equine professional that is able to work in a fast paced and growing department. A key part of this role is ensuring that high standards of equine welfare are maintained and managed. Managing daily routines of technicians and grooms will be a key responsibility in the effective day to day running of the Centre. Successful applicants will be expected to assess and instruct in all aspects of practical delivery as well as be able to ride and school new and existing horses. It is essential that the applicant has broad knowledge and experience within the equine industry, as well as experience of managing equine resources and facilities. Interview date: 12 June 2012.
