Situated in Yorkshire, Newgen's on site recycling facility allows us to produce Equilok (our premium 20mm rubber chip) and Equisoft (our Dust and Wire-free Soft Rubber) on demand, reducing lead-times. Good transport links also mean we can deliver nationwide for any project large or small. Equilok is made from recycled car tyres and goes through a number of processes to ensure it is more than 99% wire free. Equisoft is 100% wire-free soft rubber (not derived from car tyres). Our newly installed dust extraction system also means the customer gets value for money through better coverage rates and therefore lower tonnages required. All of our products undergo twice-daily quality testing at our on-site laboratory. <br /><br />
