My name is Kim McMuldrow and I am a shamanic practitioner based in Shropshire. I facilitate healing for humans and animals in need of life change, through shamanic techniques such a journeying, soul retrieval and power animal retrieval.

Shamanic practices can offer a different concept in how we heal and sustain relationships with our animal companions. All animals suffer loss, trauma an stress just as we do; and as our companions they are also very aware of our emotional status, responding to it accordingly, through the language of behaviours and A body languageA in an attempt to express themselves to us. If the situation is not resolved, they either continue with the same/similar behaviours, at ever increasing levels of intensity; or they may A shut downA emotionally. Eventually the animal may even become ill if the problem is not resolved.
Without meaning to we may misinterpret their true intentions, their truthful responses, so problems or disharmony in the human : horse relationship occurs.
My aim is to work with both human and animal; acting as a bridge between their world and ours to offer an understanding of what is really going on for them. So that together we may work towards their healing and the rebuilding of a close, harmonious and truly balanced relationship between you.
For those who have lost an animal companion through death, I am able to help design a simple, sacred, meaningful ceremony for you to celebrate, give thanks and release, with love, your animal.
My services:
As the path to healing is unique to the individual, after an initial consultation I offer:
One : one sessions in animal soul wisdom and healing. I actively encourage the human to be part of the process, often working in conjunction with them to achieve this.
I can travel, if this is preferred. I cover Shropshire, Cheshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, also certain areas of the West Midlands.
It is possible to conduct this work remotely and to do so I require a hair sample.
In compliance with British Law I ask all prospective clients to check with their veterinary surgeon first, as this work is complementary to and not instead of veterinary treatment. A consent form will need to be completed prior to any shamanic work being undertaken.
My fees:
£40 per healing session.
Remote work is charged dependent on the depth of work required.
If working at the clients home, a charge will be made for mileage on top of the session fee.
I am fully insured.
About me:
I studied shamanism with Simon Buxton of The Sacred Trust and am on their active register of practitioners. I studied animal spirit medicine with Naomi Lewis of The Sacred Trust. I am now in my fifth year of active practice.
I am a qualified and registered veterinary nurse, with 21 years of experience in large and small animal practice. At present I am studying a BSc (hons) degree in Equine Science and Complementary Therapies.
I work closely with the proprietor of The Broadmeadow Holistic Centre, based at Leebotwood, near Church Stretton, Shropshire looking after horses who have come for remedial or respite care.
