Double young rider gold medallist Georgie Spence has secured sponsorship from Konabo Performance Rugs for her string of event horses.
Georgie, who is on the World Class Start Squad, will be one of the first riders in the country to get her hands on the Konabo Pro Range of stable and turnout rugs.
The rugs feature an innovative new Hy-Liner lining system that allows users to zip out the inner liner, wash it in a domestic washing machine and zip it back in.
Designed to improve hygiene and skin health, the rugs are supplied with two liners so that one can be worn while the other is washed.
“They will enable us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene management with the minimum of fuss. I am delighted to have Konabo as sponsors,” Georgie said.
“Georgie embodies the next generation of young eventers – talented, dedicated and professional – while Konabo is spearheading the next generation of rugs for horses,” said Kate Dingwall, managing director of Konabo.
The Konabo Pro Range will be launched at the BETA International trade fair on 21-23 February at Birmingham NEC.
