Natural healthcare manufacturers Hilton Herbs has lots to celebrate after being crowned Somerset Exporter of the Year 2009 at an awards ceremony last week and launching a new website.
Hilton Herbs, run by Hilary and Tony Self also took third place in the Somerset Business of the Year 2009 category for businesses with 5-50 employees at the Somerset Small Business Awards on Thursday (29 October).
Hilary Self said: “As far as I am concerned this award is not just for the business, it’s for the whole team at Hilton Herbs, and all our customers across the globe who continue to have faith in our company and our products.
"It’s especially gratifying to be judged, and honoured, in this way by our business peers.”
The new website — www.hiltonherbs.com — is now live and features a blog and feeds to Facebook and Twitter, giving staff, customers and distributors all the inside information about the company.
It also boasts a password-protected trade only area for retailers, providing an information resource, special offers and discounts.
