Richard Meade
Richard Meade won Britain’s first individual Olympic eventing gold medal at the Munich Games in 1972. He was also a member of the gold medal-winning eventing team in both Munch and Mexico City four years later. Richard’s eventing career spanned many years and included wins at Badminton and Burghley. Richard was awarded an OBE in 1974.
