Kate Goodson qualified for the show hunter class at HOYS with her 7-year-old mare Seabourne Swansong at Badgworth.
The pair had a busy day, traveling down from Ponies(UK) in Nottingham to arrive just half an hour before their class. Kate has owned the mare since she was 2 and has brought her on herself. They have won the BSHCRHA National Championships’ Under 25 Amateur Points Award three times. “I have been doing SFAS for three years trying to qualify and all of the hard work has paid off — it was well worth it,” said Kate, who works as a contract accountant in Gatwick. |
