    Tester’s Comments

“I liked everything about this rug especially the bright, royal blue colour. Owning a 17.1hh middleweight can mean that some rugs are not always deep enough to cover the belly and flanks but this rug was a lovely deep fit and was also generously cut across the chest.

“The detachable straps are a great idea and the saver is great for making surethe straps don’t go walk about. It is lovely and warm and even when it has been really cold, Trooper has only needed a summer sheet underneath and the matching neck cover.

“My only criticism is that it is quite heavy to throw over, but then itis a big rug for a big horse!

“Although £130 sounds quite a lot for a stable rug, Trooper usually wears two or three so if you add up the price of all of them and compare them against the Lavenham it is actually good value.”
