Winner of the Renault Jump Series in 2008 and with many senior wins to her name, showjumper Laura Renwick is no stranger to success.

Born on 31 December 1974, she now lives in Maldon, Essex.

In 2006, partnering Limelight de Breve, she was crowned Horse & Hound Foxhunter Champion at the Horse of the Year Show as well as producing a fast, polished clear round to win the seven-year-old championship. Laura then made history in 2007 when she became the only person to win the newcomers and six-year-old championships at the same show.

In 2008 Laura took her ride of just two months, Sean Killoran’s Roller Coaster III, over three rounds to win the Sports Horse Classic Blue Riband at BSJA/Scope Festival.

Alongside her contribution on the competition circuit, Laura helped to jazz up show jumping in 2008 by posing in a glamorous photo shoot with Georgie Strutton, raising the profile of the Barclays Wealth British Masters International at Chester Racecourse.

In 2010, Laura claimed the Horse & Hound Foxhunter title at HOYS riding Parvati de Breve and won the Hoys.co.uk Cup on Beluga II.

Last year, Laura accumulated a number of international wins. She was leading rider at Lons le Saunier CSI 3*, Bourg en Bresse CSI 4* and also Lisbon CSIO 4*. She also collected numerous placings on tours in France, Portugal and Italy.

Always a fierce competitor, Laura lives in Essex with husband and trainer John, a former international show jumper, and their young son.
